Please note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all Bralettes and Earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your items are shipped.

Shipping:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx, arrives within 10-15 business days after leaving our warehouse
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50, shipped via EMS, arrives within 15-25 business days after leaving our warehouse

We ship worldwide excluding Asia and some remote regions. Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be utterly delighted with your purchase! If something isn’t quite perfect, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Bralettes (for intimate wear hygiene reasons)
• Earrings (for hygiene and safety reasons)
• Any items from our “Deal Of The Day” promotion (these are final sale items)

To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process:

2. Wait for our instructions and return authorization number
3. Securely package the item(s) with original packaging and a copy of your order confirmation
4. Ship to the address we provide using a trackable method

Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We’re happy to exchange items for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. We’ll ship the new item once we receive the original. Price differences will be charged or refunded as appropriate.
