We ship our curated collections worldwide (excluding Asia and a few remote regions).
Order Processing
We hustle to get your order ready! Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully pick, pack, and prepare your gorgeous items for their journey to you.
Shipping Methods & Times
We offer two ways to get your fashion fix:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your order will arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we ship via EMS. Your order will arrive within 15-25 business days after it leaves our warehouse. (The value of this free shipping will be deducted from any potential refund).
Our Return & Exchange Promise
We want you to be utterly delighted with your purchase, partner! If that hippie maxi dress doesn’t fit your vibe or those booties aren’t quite perfect, we’re here to help. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items.
- Bralettes (for intimate wear hygiene reasons)
- Earrings (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Any items from our “Deal Of The Day” promotion (these are final sale items)
How To Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to get started:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to give us all the details we need.
- Wait for Instructions: We’ll email you back within 1-2 business days with a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without this number.
- Pack It Up: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship It Back: Mail your return package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back at our warehouse.

Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Timing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to be fully processed and appear on your statement.
- Shipping Costs: The original cost of standard shipping is non-refundable.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. We’ll process the shipment of your new item once we receive the original one back. If the new item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference. If it’s of lower value, we’ll refund you the difference.
