Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. Your happiness is our priority, partner!

Please Note: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. For the safety and hygiene of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
  • Bralettes (for intimate wear hygiene reasons)
  • Earrings (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Any items from the “Deal Of The Day” promotion (as these are final sale items)

How To Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to make sure you give us all the info we need to help you quickly.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We’ll email you within 1-2 business days with a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without this number.
  3. Pack It Up: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship It Back: Mail your return package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back at our warehouse.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Timing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to be fully processed and appear on your statement.
  • Shipping Costs: The original cost of standard shipping is non-refundable. If you chose free shipping, the value of the free shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. We will process the shipment of your new item once we have received the original item back. If the new item is of a higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of a lower value, we will refund you the difference.
